Terms and Conditions for FQ 100 Days Challenge

Introduction
By participating in the FQ 100 Days Challenge (“the Program”), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating. The Program is organized by FQ Academy Sdn Bhd (“the Organizer”) and is open to all eligible participants.

Eligibility

  1. Participants must be children aged 7 to 13 years old with parental or guardian consent to join the Program.
  2. The Program is open to residents of Malaysia, and each participant may only enter the Program once.
  3. Employees of FQ Academy Sdn Bhd, their families, or any affiliates involved in the Program are not eligible to participate.

Program Duration
The Program begins on 18 October 2024 and will run for 100 days. Entries submitted after the start date will not be considered.

Participation Guidelines

  1. Participants must maintain accurate financial records for 100 consecutive days.
  2. Savings must be tracked using the provided finance tracking tools or app to be eligible.
  3. Participants are encouraged to set and work toward a personal shopping or financial goal during the challenge.

Prizes

  1. A total of 15 prizes worth up to RM5888 will be awarded at the end of the Program.
  2. The winners will be selected based on the accuracy and consistency of their financial records and adherence to the challenge guidelines.
  3. Prize distribution will be at the sole discretion of FQ Academy Sdn Bhd. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Announcement

  1. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the Program’s end.
  2. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
  3. The decision of FQ Academy Sdn Bhd is final and binding in all matters related to the Program.

Data Collection and Privacy

  1. By entering the Program, participants agree to provide FQ Academy Sdn Bhd with personal data necessary for the operation of the Program.
  2. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering the Program and in accordance with FQ Academy Sdn Bhd’s Privacy Policy.

Disqualification
FQ Academy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  1. Fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. Submits inaccurate or fraudulent financial records.
  3. Engages in any misconduct that may affect the fairness or integrity of the Program.

Amendments and Cancellation
FQ Academy Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Program or these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the official Program website.

Liability
FQ Academy Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program or the acceptance of any prize.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
